Dr. Marie Mbouni is a visionary healer, spiritual mentor, and former anesthesiologist who bridges science and soul to guide visionary entrepreneurs, leaders, healers, coaches, therapists, and creatives into embodied wholeness and divine purpose.

Born in Cameroon, Marie felt an early call to heal and answered through Western medicine, becoming a respected physician. Yet beneath the surface of success, she felt a deep disconnection. Her true homecoming came through the sacred paths of shamanism, energy healing, and spiritual remembrance.

Now known as The Leadership Shaman, Dr. Marie blends over 18 years of medical experience with more than 1,000 soul-led, trauma-informed healing ceremonies. She supports high-achievers who’ve reached external success but long for deeper fulfillment—helping them harmonize mind, heart, and body, awaken their soul gifts, and live in joyful alignment.

As the Founder and CEO of Heart Leadership and The Source Codes Mystery School, she offers transformational experiences in Soul Purpose Alchemy, Executive Consciousness Coaching, and sacred plant medicine facilitation. Her work fuses neuroscience, ancient wisdom, and cosmic energy to catalyze profound healing and embodied leadership.
A humanitarian devoted to sacred reciprocity, Dr. Marie uplifts communities and helps birth a future rooted in unity, love, and conscious evolution.
