Catt Z is a fierce and luminous force of reinvention—a wisdom keeper, creative guide, and founder of Cosmic Smash Booking, a process that has empowered thousands of women around the world. After walking through profound life transitions in her 60s and 70s—including the end of a 35-year marriage, addiction recovery, the close of a decades-long career and death of her daughter—Catt rose again, not as a survivor, but as a trailblazer.

Through Cosmic Smash Booking, she helps heart-led women tap into their own power of fearless reinvention—no matter their age, stage, or struggle. Her signature programs, Own Your Recovery Like a Badass, Authenticity Becomes You and RxEvolution, create sacred, no-nonsense spaces where women reclaim their voice, rewrite their story, and step boldly into what’s next.

With fire in her spirit and paint on her hands, Catt continues to create, teach, and lead with fierce love and unshakable faith in what’s possible.
