Antje Howard is an artist, guide, and teacher, who empowers people to reconnect to their innate creative wisdom, using art as a tool for transformation and self-realization. Antje's goal is to support self-discovery and healing in creative ways. She experienced the power of art on her own healing journey, and is passionate about making art accessible to everyone.

Antje works with and teaches the Neurographica® method, a meditative drawing practice that enables her clients and students to tap into their own subconscious, where they can discover and change negative belief patterns, and inner blockages.

Antje has an academic background in Art Education with a Magistra Artium degree in education, cultural anthropology and political sciences. Before moving to the US in 2014, she lectured at universities in her home country Germany and as a guest-lecturer in Finnland. Her research and teaching was especially focused around artistic research and visual anthropology, and she keeps exploring these themes in her own creative work.

Antje has creatively worked with children, college students, and adults, and has also supported neurodivergent teens with the help of art. She is a certified NeuroGraphica® instructor and Coach, as well as a QiGong and Meditation teacher. She also facilitates Women Circles, and leads movement and dance workshops.

In her personal life, Antje had to overcome many big life changes and hardships. Her art, her intuitive inner guidance and her movement practices have supported her through a life-changing accident in her youth, leaving her career in Germany and moving to the US, as well the loss of her first child. Through healing her own story, Antje has become an expert in navigating the dark nights of the soul. She transformed her pain and grief into strength and now supports others on their healing journeys.

Using all the different tools and practices that she explored on her own creative journey, she holds space for inner transformation and guides people home to where they can fully embody their creative essence.
